NORTHUMBERLAND COAST & CLEVELAND WAY

A Helicopter journey over the 'relatively secret splendours' of two stunning walks, with tales of William the Lion of Scotland, Richard the Lionheart, Eric Bloodaxe and others as we sweep over the dramatic castles and ancient fortifications.

The NORTHUMBERLAND COAST walk stretches from Berkwick-Upon-Tweed to Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. The film also features Lindisfarne, Bamburgh Castle, Farne Islands, Dunstanburgh Castle, Walkworth, Druridge Bay, Whitley Bay and Tynemouth.

The CLEVELAND WAY walk begins in Helmsley and run through the magnificent North York Moors, meeting the coast at Saltburn-by-the-Sea then extending south.
