Since its founding in 1865, the Salvation Army has almost treated London's Royal Albert Hall as one of its own Citadels! The dear old Albert Hall has a atmosphere all of its very own, but when descended upon by Salvationists with their brass bands and happy style of Christian worship it takes on an additional sacred aura that is unique.
For as long as anyone can remember, great Salvation Army concerts has attracted people from all over the world. The present format, the annual Gospel Arts Festival, maintains this laudable tradition whilst always seeking to add new and complimentary aspects of praise and worship.
This wonderful selection of video highlights aims to encapsulate the spirit of the occasions from the last few years. The International Staff Band and International Staff Songsters are joined by soloists, performers and a grand chorus of some 800+ voices in high quality music with the reassurance that despite the years and the changing methods the Christian message remains unchanged and as clear and vibrant as ever.
